| Overview |

ArLead is a generic switchboard with queuing capability, designed initially to route loan applications from third party lead providers (such as Lending Tree), apply business rules to them and route them to the appropriate back-end system. Handles both unsolicited and synchronous messages, with ability to poll and retry when systems are offline. Extremely flexible scripting capability to allow for quick business rules changes to be deployed as required. Can handle any text to text routing requirements, especially XML. Different rules can be applied based on the third party source, or other factors that you wish to key off. Artige can provide either binaries to run inside your own DMZ, or we can host it for you. We call it a switchboard because with its queuing capabilities it does more than orchestrating + choreographing + routing. |
