| History |
Well, times change, and so does the Artige Company. In 1997 we devised our own web services protocol, although we did not know back then that our product would be categorized as such. It was called the Artige Real Time Internet Data Delivery (RTIDD) Framework. Today, our products no longer utilize this framework. With the "standardization" of the XML language, XML-RPC protocol and RESTful web application architecture, there is no longer any need to support our proprietary RTIDD Framework. It served its purpose well. |

We are currently working on the next generation of real-time internet based process devices and systems, which are standards based, and will not fall prey proprietary difficulties. |

So we must now point out that the products depicted in the diagram below (Artige's RTIDD Framework) have been discontinued, and are no longer being offered, for sale or otherwise. Please refer to our home page for links to the Artige Company's current offerings. |
